ADHAR mobile number updation?

Is Adhar updation done with? I am not able to find any enrolment center in my pincode! On mdhaar app when I create a request and go to choose enrolment center, no enrolment center message. Same with the website.

All India post offices have this facility if I'm not wrong. Some banks also offer.

yes I went to one branch, they refused, typical govt, someone there told me to go to BSNL office besides the building, went there was a private operator, no ques at all, charged twice, 100 rs but got the job done quickly. Such is the state of indian post.
