Add-on card Income tax reporting

Suppose I take 3 add-on cards for my family and in one year the primary card spends 3 lakhs and the 3 add-on cards spends 3 lakhs each.

How much spending will be reported in the primary card holders income tax returns (26 AIS or whatever it is called) ? 3 lakhs or 12 lakhs ?

All will be reported to the primary card holders PAN.
Addon card is a like a duplicate card of primary.
