As per my knowldge, Using any AU Bank credit card, if you book a domestic flight via Adani One app, you will get 15% discount upto 1500rs which acc to meis the highest discount percentage on a domestic flight using any offer. Pls correct me if I am wrong.
Also, if you are using Xcite Ace/Xcite Ultra, you will get cashbacks also based on your spending.

Is there any way in which anyone can get more than 15% discount on domestic flights without using any reward points or airline points?

MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Credit Card gives 15% discount on flight tickets upto 2000/- on minimum booking amount of 5000/- via MakeMyTrip web/app
This is highest discount on domestic flights as per my knowledge.
