redemption

I have transferred points to Accor account on 12 and 13 of this month in 2k batches from my Atlas card. I am able to see 4k cumulative, but I can only use 2k points right now. Why? Is this an Axis Bank issue or Accor specific issue? Pardon me if this is a dumb question but new to the points game.
