    Sbi dc TXN failed due to insufficient balance

    Hi Team, Incase of ecom pos txn like cc bill payment using sbi DC and if our account has insufficient balance then they charge around 23rs. So does bank need to pay interchange for cards for failed txns too wrt insufficient balance? If not so does all bank charge this ?

    PNB will charge penalty on Debit Card txns for insufficient balance

    as per SMS received. Is it new? Are all banks doing it? I thought no bank does this.
