I recieved an sms for DCB feedback survey. The sms seems legit, but it redirects to some less known survey website where first thing that they ask is DOB. Want to check with people here, on whether have also received this feedback. If someone has already filled it, what kind of info is being asked?

I got the revert from RBI regarding the complaint which i raised for asking rejection reason to federal bank. I didn't get any proper reason for rejection of my credit card from level-1,2,3 . They only mentioned eligibility criteria not met. I got only a generic mail reply from federal bank...

Currently, most feedback are buried under a (long) thread or a profile post. Or some feedback are discussed among the mods, thus hidden from normal members. As a community forum, I feel that everyone would like to be given a chance to be involved on most discussions. So, let's hear from the...
