Their reward point calculation also gimmick , if they don’t want to give rewards for particular transaction , they mark the transaction as Miscellaneous and they claim no rewards on Miscellaneous, RBL card just like a Credit line , BMS offer also go away very soon.
They not marked edition as closed in cibil , I think they not going to mark my shoprite also as i checked they issued ICON in new account number , I’m going to wait if any impact on cibil , I will ask them to close , if not impacted in cibil, I remains silent 🤫 to help reduce utilisation ratio...
I’m not travel often , bogo offer, premium variant like visa signature , bonus points, concierge service, but after reading all comments in this thread , safari is good , YouTube videos also slap this card left and right for RBL not honour the bonus points on time.

Depend on your utilisation, if you travel lot overseas take safari LTF , otherwise ICON has 45000 bonus points worth around 7500 rs to 10000 for 800k spends , I took ICON for bonus spends

1 , No upgrade offers but we can downgrade the card , you need to apply in the website for your desired card
2, Ready to upgrade either Play BMS or World safari
3, Ready to take upgrade request for icon but fees details need to talk back end team once request...
Delivered mine today after 8 days , if really want rbl cost cutting and use delhivery I suggest them to use Pigeons, I got visa variant , so those who having edition in visa receiving visa and Mastercard to Mastercard.

I didn’t expected this from Zomato! After received sms for shop rite , thinking to close , what is your decision guys , I have super card 5 years with them , as One bank one card policy (except axis😁) , will I place close request or ask other cards like ICON or Insignia
Recently they changed name of their wallet edition to zomato wallet as they result change some design and name of the card ,relaunch with some extra benefits , my guess they end the program not Partnership.
