First do one transaction and wait. In my case Kotak took almost 2 months. and Myntra also took the same time frame. So you don't need to do any follow-up. Good things takes time.

Yes sure. Kotak will give 500 form their side. And Myntra will give 500 from their side. So Myntra one will get added to your account automatically. You must keep checking it regularly because they won't notify you. But kotak will give you gift card details straight away.

Kotak is reviving the 811 accounts? I tried opening my New Kotak 811 account which is dormat for now but it was processed I mean they accepted everything and was ready to activate my account again if I complete the Vkyc again. But the issue is they made my area unserviceable for no reason...

You can only manage the card from Bank's App not from Myntra.

Don't worry it's LTF only. You have evidence also if they say it's not LTF you can fight with RBI. But most probably it's LTF.

Keep checking Kotak App. You will also get WhatsApp alerts for the same.

Initial limit is less. I too got less limit but kotak gave LE so limit crossed my other cards.

Suggestion for people those who are not getting pre-approved credit card offer from Kotak. I am a Kotak 811 customer since it was launched. I never got any pre-approved offers. And I never used account later it will Dormat for years. However someday I visited their branch and got back my account...
