Yes, you are correct. I applied for Coral Visa in August, to which they provided easily. But when I requested for coral Amex, they took more than a week and declined the request for coral amex on 31st August. We have to wait for 2-3 months.

Got Coral Visa Yesterday, Requested for Coral Amex after few minutes, got a call today and the executive took my request for coral amex LTF.
