Thanks bro. I just called again and this time the person was super helpful and immediately sent the upgrade consent link. The previous agent did put call on hold and gave the information about the update. So definitely possible that this might stop in some time in case that information is right...

That's great and I really hope it turns out true, but my 4th card got approved and delivered too before getting vanished. One difference is you have myzone which is also ER based but I didn't have any ER based card in 3 cards
