Today received message saying HDFC Bank Credit Card is closed because it was not being used.

I am just getting regular sms to activate, no calls yet, i don't even remember the date for last day before closure 😂

Inspired from this thread, I had also applied for the hdfc Marriott card, to my surprise they did physical at home kyc even after doing video kyc, received the card few days ago, now patiently waiting for ltf offer before activation, I've millennia and neu infty as LTF As this is fy end month...

That is also stopped apparently.

Update: refund automatically got credited to card, they took 20 days, looks like its better to wait and pray than run around customer care people.

Similar issue in getting refund in bob rupay credit card paid via UPI from Paytm app, on bigbasket bigbasket says amount credited from their end, Paytm says we've not received any refund from merchant contact them, it's been 10 days I think too much hassle. Rupay UPI system is not completely...

It was not showing ltf to me on neu app so I applied from hdfc website, I've also received same form in that mail mentioning cancel the new card application and request limit increase on existing card. I've not filled the limit increase form yet, salary slip is 51k existing hdfc card limit...

I didn't yet asked hdfc customer care yet, but had a chat with one third party cc sourcing agent she told ye existing hdfc card holders ko as a floater cards apply Krna hota toh tata neu card surely miljaega ltf. I didn't asked how to do that, I'm just waiting it out till this weekend.

For me It's showing comming soon in main swiggy app (24k saved), and it's showing 500 joining + annual fees in account dormant since Feb 2023, and it's last previous order was in 2021, weird logic, i guess will try contacting swiggy Twitter support, did same for invite of Zomato cc
