It also depends on the particular branch's customer base. If the branch has lots of HNI/UHNI accounts, you are a nobody to them even with that kind of NRV. You need to take the initiative and push them to get things done. Best option is to transfer to a newly opened branch.

Rest everything is same as other accounts. Same clueless, untrained, good-for-nothing fresher employees as RMs. Same offers in the offers section. Same call center. Just time pass UI change.
Oh...did they bring it back? A year ago, it would always give error while trying to open in the Fed Mobile app, which was the only way to open. Branch manager said, Fed Selfie has been closed so app displays misleading error.
The offers appear only in mobile browser in the new UI. You will see something like below that says "Exclusive Offers for you!"
