it varies from bank to bank, even card to card for some banks like A*is ! (for HDFC SBI though strict no-no for ETBs) hence you've to check tnc of each card individually ! I saw that for this particular card ETB exclusion criteria wasn't there hence applied!

you haven't got it yet the statement you're seeing in the middle is generic and everyone gets that main thing is the available balance on top
