Do you happen to know the application process for this card ? I applied via lic cards website but didn't even receive an application reference number. liccards@axisbank.com isn't operational either. the given support phone banking number is totally at axis end and no idea about lic cards...

dropped a mail to the grievance redressal team on this regard. let's see what they come up with.

once you request card closure, they temporarily block it and then later CC calls for confirmation/retention/etc

raising the closure request is not the issue here that was successful first time itself

Citi rewards card have pretty neat and elaborate design along with sturdy plastic. instantly gives a premium vibe. Edition classic was another good looking card with sturdy plastic.
