Though it got reverted after complain. Earlier I thought, it was one of the case, but looks like it's intentional strategy.
In my latest statement, I see an Entry of "Credit Balance Refund" and all the excess money in Credit card account is debited.
However, I have no A/C linked with Credit Card and neither do I have a PNB Account.
Customer Care as usual is not helpful. Their standard reply " Excess amount has been...

Main USP of the card was Rupay UPI.
PNB has pathetic reward rate anyways.
Will raise a complaint, if been told same story, will put closure request
PNB has charged annual fee of Rs 590/-, against the life time free card. Card has been used in every quarter

This PNB CC has become headache than benefit
Ì use CRED and every sunday open the app and see payment dues and pay.
PNB declined to waive off the charges, decided to close it now.
Got it for Rupay UPI linking. Have got an alternate card now for that use.
Due to this issue, they levied non payment charges. I didn't get the email statement and missed the payment.
I'm just hoping, they don't report to CIBIL now
Calling Customer Care is useless.
Did you raise it with Customer care? Did the revert the charges.
The only reason I got PNB was that it was LTF. If they gonna charge me 500+ for no fault of mine, I'll rather get it closed
Strangely, I didn't receive the PNB Credit Card statement over email last month. As I had been many days, I opened app and was surprised to see, that even this month statement has not been sent on email.
Also, due to missed statement, I didn't pay last month and have levied late payment charges...
I had the same issues, mails/calls to customer care was useless (as they needed last 6 digit for card and expiry). In short, they even didn’t understand the problem statement.
I couldn’t find reason why it was blocked for me and many others were able to use
Once I got physical card...
After one 24L car loan CIBIL hit and 4 CC CIBIL hits and multiple tries; When finally decided to give up; I was able to submit application on 23/Nov
Application Submitted : 23/Nov
KYC Done : 24/Nov
Card Approval : 2/DEC
Virtual Card : Shows Blocked (activated after physical card delivery)...
Similar for me. If I try to see Virtual Card. It says the card is blocked and call customer care. If I call customer care, they are asking last 6 digit number of card to activate it.
Neither I'm able to register on IVR, as it is also asking last 6 digit for same.

Was in similar situation last week. Read it on this thread and used Aadhar (pdf) as ID proof (was using DL earlier). Also, they had mentioned size as 2MB, i ensured all of them were very low size for quick upload (and no time out issue). It went through, but has got no update since then
They have mentioned less than 2MB on website. I proactively reduced. Let's see; if it works for lesser.
Painfully, the application doesn't resume from last step and one needs to do it from first step. PNB really needs to improve their website
