You should use Degree Certificate. I don't know anyone from this forum used college ID card and card approved (I may be wrong). In my case agent told me not to upload ID card.

Exactly. I was told to upload Degree certificate not ID card (PDF or any image file). I Would suggest go for Degree. Your Degree certificate needs be uploaded in the place of salary slip or ITR.
