It means such transactions weren't showing as a settled transaction in the Axis banks cc statement, but now this issue has been resolved from their end particularly for Magnus cc.
Actually 2 things are happening currently with Magnus- first- If Real estate related transactions are getting succesful then they are not settling them( you will see transaction is pending on merchant's end comment) second - they are blocking card immediately when then find any Utility payment...
