But the important thing is I redeemed payback points in Dec 2022 through twidpay (a non icici entity). And icici still charged me despite ending their payback partnership in april 2022.

Mystery Solved. I redeemed payback points in december. However despite icici ending payback partnership and introducing its own reward system long back, they still charge for redemption. Fucking leeches.

Today I received a GST invoice from ICICI and it has the following transactions listed for 25 rupees. I have never redeemed any reward point because their site never worked and nor did I accumulate enough to spend. So they are charging fees for points expiry I think. Unless its something else...

Does anyone know if icici rupay Plat card supports international transactions? I have it and it says international on the card. I know it should use diners and pulse network for international transactions. However in netbanking i am unable to set international limits.

Afaik ban on international transactions happened in January. So were you able to use it during last month?
