i got it from ICICI app. but you can also call them tell you have apay and are looking for additional card. ICICI customer care is very flexible with these sort of needs.

I believe that should be possible. I'm assuming you're talking about mmt platinum. Also, if not now, then later down the road, you'll need to close insta platinum card whenever you close your fd as they may never convert your secured card to unsecured card.

if you already have apay and have secured platinum, you can call customer care and ask for MMT card. or HPCL card. MMT is 500+GST one time. and HPCL is 200 +gst yearly. I'm sure CC would not decline this request.

Ask for an upgrade to MMT platinum IF it is UNSECURED. one time fee of 590 with GST and you start your journey of unsecured credit cards.
