The guy from CS directly cancelled my card without forward my call to retention team. I didn't get any communication regarding cancelation but card just disappeared from app. Like I said, they just want to cancel as many as possible.
Recently I am seeing harsh comments in this community. I know with time this forum will be bigger and it will be hard to control them. But we should try at least.
Yes old card will be closed. T & C says cards with same reward system (In this case edge reward point) will be closed and with different reward system (say cashback) will remain active.
Obviously I am confirming about through app process. Regarding Call and 'apply now' process you guys know...
