Update - I contacted their support through the app. I told them to give me shared limit. Today, I opened the app and saw that my application was reset. This time the app detected i was existing axis customer from the mobile number. The card got issued with shared limit.
I want to update the address, but only proof i have right now is rent agreement. Bank people aren't accepting it. When called cc, they are saying go to the branch and call us, we will make them update. Is this possible?.
