I just spoke to murgundy support. They say they are issuing M4B for eligible customers. There is no problem. But you need to apply via your RM (offline). Any real instances or written communication where they have explicitly mentioned that they are not issuing new cards?

You mean they are not issuing m4b paid cards even if someone opens a burgundy account and fulfils the criteria to get the m4b paid card ? I have the old Magnus card and I have spent close to 6 lacs last month with the hope to open a new burgundy account, get m4b and then transfer points at 5:4...

Having same issues as you guys reported. Tried multiple devices anx multiple GyFTR accounts. Still the same error as soon as the first 6 digits of Magnus are entered. I’ll try again tomorrow after axis system upgrade and report.

When does your bill get generated ? Did you make a charge after the renewal date of your card , that is on 17th Dec ? What are they referring to as “charge this month”. I just called up axis and they said we can reverse the charge provided no transaction was made AFTER the annual fee was charged.

Exctly, they are not interested in giving any add on easily. i applied for my wife and after fulfilling all the requirements in person, they say my wife had an account years ago and her maternal name was on it just now changed and hence they cannot issue the add on.
