I have sorted out this issue. Seems this issue is associated with Gpay only. Today I tried with Paytm & no issue. Paytm servers are the best anyday for UPI txns. Though, security is a little bit concern on Paytm

My case already goes to escalation team. One strange part I found, they are asking me to spend 20K within 90days where as MoneyBack+ conversion criteria is 30K within 90days 😂😂

Who told you that card deactivation will drop CIBIL? Have you ever gone through a new clause? Your CIBIL may drop if you have deactivated an activated card. In this context, card will be cancelled. Bank can't report it to CIBIL prior to activation. Kindly go through the new RBI clause.

Recently faced a similar issue. My branch sales person & emails were saying 'No Strings Attached' LTF. After getting this card, they are telling me it's not!!! Can't expect such cheap tactics from HDFC.

Yes! This card, it's big for me. At least the present time. Moreover, they haven't been mentioned anywhere. If I am not sending this mail, I may not aware of such a clause. If they are advertising 'No Strings Attached' then how can they attach such a clause all of a sudden!!

Bro, don't get confused! They have segregated offers for different valued customers. Hence, terms & tenure are different. Please confirm, whether any offer is going on for non-HDFC holders ?

Beware that whatever you are signing is a well-cleared document to you. Many cases are found where private players are signing Insurance papers from customers for cross selling.

Goto any semi-urban branch (search in RBI MOF portal) & place a conversion request along with 1L FD. You can get a Zero Bal Savings Max account easily. You can do the same thing in Urban branches too, in this case, you have to create 1.5L FD.
