no , those tier point are status point (which u only earn by staying/spending) . While what we transfer from axis/HDFC is accor reward points , which never change your status , even if you transfer 1 lack :)

U don't get regional voucher also. And if you are not someone who takes a vacation 2/3 times a year and Targetting that property which has low price per night than difference of traveller and explorer, the. I would say dont take any membership and pay by point itself for booking.

Ideally,while booking itself it gives option to pay by point. But there is some bug going, thus email your property with reservation details and ask them that u will be paying by point.
