I am still wondering why would a person /OP need BIN to apply for a specific variant of MC WORLD ELITE? Isn't card name + bank name + MC variant sufficient?

Yes you're right. Thats the beauty of it. Wyndham just needed first 6 digits of BIN. They won't check anything. I got DIAOMOND Tier in just 2 days after mailing them to do status match as per Mastercard. Then used that DIAOMOND Tier to match loyalty status with other hotel programs😂

Is there a way one can utilize this info? As per my knowldge, from what I know, BIN can help you with loyalty match with some Hotels/airlines where they just ask for BIN and dont do further verification even if you dont hold that particular card. EX: I have used a similar BIN of someone else...

Damn this is so scary. But yeah this is a legit crap. The agent should have been more authentic if he wanted to pull of this scam/prank. That pdf is such a big alarm in itself. Yeh scam/prank krne wale se bilkul mehnat nahi hoti.
