Almost every bank consider like sbi, idfc, indusind. It is on the person who processing. Mostly aadhar is used as address verification so bank like sbi, indusind, idfc ask other document for identity verification.
Indusind has separate interface for customer application and agent application. It is true that offiline process close totally. But the online process for agent interface is same as offline process.
Nowhere mention regarding bank account and also during kyc process they mention kyc for credit card only.
Now there customer care saying zero balance account and so but they don't have answer how the account opening process. Also there is sign on paper given during kyc process.
They also opened the salary mine saving account with my amazon pay icici card. When I requested to close the bank account they are saying go to nearest branch. I had raise the complaint with nodal that without my consent bank account opened, let see what will be the reply.

Transaction failure never happen with me on pnb rupay card. Just use opposite payment app. Means if merchant has paytm qr then use bhim or phonepe not paytm. This works for me everytime.
HDFC system lag sometime the 1st may transaction counted in last month. Most of the time money receive on 1 AM counted as balance available on last date only.
