I applied through web. It doesn't matter where you apply from. Once you get the card, just call customer care and they will update the mobile number linked to supplimentary card.
I have a BOB Premier credit card, and I took supplimentary card on my wife's name. initially they issued it on my number but when I asked, they changed the mobile number linked to supplimenrary card to my wife's number.

Yes, mine was solved at level 1 whose deadline is 45 days. If it moves to level 2, it takes 120 days. If you have enough proof, communication screenshots, etc, the case may very well work in your favor.

Actually I have pushed my gold purchase to next month but this month I did buy 12 vouchers of 5k each from Vijay sales and redeemed them offline. I think in the important instructions , they mention if multiple vouchers can be used. Your best bet would be to go to the store and ask if they can...

Good. That must have been done earlier. Now they are not doing any conversions. I have checked with NO, Customer care, and twitter handle. All of them give the same reply. This was 2 months ago. I do not know if things have changed again.
