    Same thing happen with me. hdfc said it will be removed after 45 days after multiple emails. After 3 months it still not suppressed .

    Just send email to grievance cc team, they removed it and after 45 days, it was gone from the cibil.

    Yes, you can request hdfc bank to remove it. I have successfully remove the enquiry after sending full report with control number from cibil to hdfc
