Try going for icici apay or idfc first cards.

The two cards I can think of here is using IDFC first cards or Amazon Pay icici cards. Other all don't seem to give rewards, acc. To customer care the mcc for VFS global is 9399 mostly considered utility or government transactions by banks.

Interestingly, even I saw the offers for similar fyf simplysave and paid BPCL card. Since the limits seems to be split, I would rather wait and then later try getting the card with better limit. FYF could be converted to LTF or fee reversal but very difficult to increase the limit.

Similarly, what did you do to get such LTF, any transaction in OLD card or anything specific?
