Does anyone know what happens to points that have not yet been credited if we change the debit card? I currently have millenia debit card, but planning to upgrade to the platinum debit card, so wanted to understand if anyone knows what happens to the point that usually take 90 days to credit...

Application went smoothly, I applied in the evening, card was available on SBI card homepage after logging in by the next morning. Physical card delivery took around 3 days. I did not have to upload any documents, nor was there a VKYC. Only 1 rupee credit and debit from a bank account.

How to get in touch with Axis retention team? I have called on the helpline and asked for closure of credit card, but they have simply raised request without offering any retention and then subsequently closed the card (I had to request them to reactivate the card).

I talked to customer care multiple times, they suggested writing a mail to premium.experience@axisbank.com. I received a response today which basically said since the transaction never went through at all, I should contact gyftr for the issue.

I think for newly issued Magnus cards, it is not possible to add the card on the payzapp app. You need to download and use the new payzapp app for it.
