Why did you take paid Eterna when you already have Infinia? I took LTF Eterna via masterstroke account but still feel that it's reward rate is too low/zero. Only driving factor for someone without decent lounge cards is to put spends on Eterna for unlimited lounge access

Not required. They're just troubling you. Regular KYC docs with your correct name are enough. They can cross check PAN no + name on your PAN card, authentic enough. You can argue that you had given the correct document, but bank staff made a mistake while feeding in system.
