Yeah IDFC is being very picky with pincodes and is offering its credit cards in very few areas. Its only available in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities and a some Tier-3 cities

Its not delaying. There are limited quota of tickets and the offer opens 4 times a day. 11:00am 03:00pm 07:00pm 12:00am Tickets under this quota are usually sold out within 10-15 mins so you have to be ready at those times and book the tickets as soon as the offer window opens. So if you want...
