You can apply online from theiir website. They will do vkyc and you have to share few docs on email . Most likely they have some income criteria. And if you are eligible you will be approved. That's how I got it.

The same thing happened to me too, when I tried upgrading to a platinum debit card. I received 3 debit cards, But as soon I activated one of them, others got automatically de-activated. Most likely the last one which you will receive will work, rest will auto close.

@Subhankar @cmg HDFC replied, they can't upgrade to Infinia, but can give Dinners Club Black as FYF. Is it wise to take this, as I easily cross 5 lakh transactions per year on my regalia, so I don't think I will be paying any annual fees even without LTF?

Pls, check if your debit card transactions are enabled properly. I also faced this issue, my debit card transaction was not enabled, also check the limit of transactions on your debit card.
