The guy was clear that we can get add on cards later. But the weird thing was insistence on DL.

Axis has a weird requirement of issuing add on cards at the time of application only to add on card holder having a driving license. Any idea why? The guy I spoke with said that you can apply for add on cards for persons not holding DL latest on after receipt of cards.
