The issue which i was later informed was that i had used more than 90% of credit limit in the 1st month due to which the card was blocked. After paying the statement amount the issue is no longer present.
My SC Ultimate card is blocked due to suspicious transaction. I have called the customer care around 7 times and they say the card will get unblocked in 4 hrs but that never happens. Anyone know how or whom I can reach out to?
