Any way to get this approved? I tried opening Kotak 811 but didnt complete it. Whenever I apply a card on Kotak, they reject it because of partial KYC. Infact I dont even get an option to do a KYC.

Imo it's best to use the card to do a atm withdrawal at airports. And then go and buy it in cash. But do your research and check if they let you buy in cash.
