I was able to block the card to prevent misuse (Didn’t check if I could modify transaction limits)
I noticed on twitter that few users were complaining on the au bank account. Regarding receiving multiple otps to authenticate transactions. So there is always that line of defence well, unless...
Clearly two different cards the first one is not mine. From this menu if I press back, I am able to view the transactions, cardholders name etc of the card which is not mine.
AU bank reached out to me. While they claim there was no security lapse from their end, all that PR things. Your money is safe etc. I did send them the screenshots for their backend investigation.
Basically what happened was I tried to view my card details in app, the app glitches for a while...
I cannot verify whether Dhani Pay has utility mcc or not. Payments are still not going through. (Throwing up an error saying that card payments are temporarily down)
Strangely it doesn't seem to accept MC debit cards (Tried IndusInd MC exclusive and SBI MC) says that the card number belongs to...
Dhani pay requires Aadhar based ekyc before you attempt to use cc payment.
There are non bbps cards too but I wasn't able to pay using dc as it kept showing some error.
I just blocked that card immediately. I think the app was glitching. Some times it was showing mine, other times some other users. I guess the issue is fixed now.
Hi;
I am able to view credit card details of other users in the AU 0101 app. Including full card number, expiry date, cardholders name and cvv, credit limit, etc.
AU bank cc users please take necessary precautions. I have blocked the unknown users card for his safety and mine
Still keeping the sig+ dc? I was planning to open an account but the dc devaluation hit me hard.
hopefully the utility mcc keeps on rolling rps post devaluation for cc payments. Then I can still get it
Afaik, there are no sms alert charges for sbi. also debit card charges are first year free. You can hotlist it at the end of the year and apply for a virtual card
I like IndusInd exclusive. Decent interest rates and good debit card for forex, and cc payments. Although their app and net banking website are abysmal
there is no ceiling for accrual and redemption, however it offers a flat 0.5% reward rate, which is subpar compared to select/exclusive which can get you upto 0.93% reward
I have faced a similar issue in the past. If you could try using the card without tokenising it. I think it should do the job. Anyways its worth trying.
