Hey please calculate manually before panicking. For my case the closing balance of Neu coins summary matched with my manual calculation, I had done transactions in neu app, online and upi. Only offline is left. So apart from that I can ensure that the points being calculated are correct.

Will we get the 10% neu coins cashback for infinity card if we make payment by adding the card in Tata Pay or should we add it as a normal card without using tata pay as payment platform? I am unable to know as the neu coins will get credited after statement generation.

I agree with this. Have seen it many times. However for Neu Infinity card it was showing as LTF for me and after the card got issued.I contacted the customer care and they also confirmed this. There was no asterisk mark for that offer. So if it is unconditional LTF they will keep up with their word.

Where to check for pre approved card offers in HDFC. Could you specify which area of netbanking one should visit?

I think the deciding factor should be on how frequently you purchase with TATA partnered brands. UPI will eventually support all the major banks in no time. So if thats not an issue you can skip this one and take a CIBIL hit for some other card.

Yeah it is showing as Life time free in that section. I will also send mail and keep the confirmation with me.

It shows error for me too. Please confirm, you dont need Axis bank account to use Axis Rupay credit card in UPI right? I am just a card holder and not a account holder.
