@me_sovon call pe customer care pe higher executive se baat kiya he is telling the same thing, and say they have no option to raise any issue further. Should I raise a chargeback or try other options first?

@RAMESH BABU N I have the video recording of the wrong product. But not able to understand where to share it as amazon has marked this case as closed. Any help would be really appretiated. Should I raise a chargeback immediately or try other ways first?

"Ask them to provide packing proof from seller." How do I do this? Actually I have already raised a complaint and they have given a statement that as the retun product amazon recieved is different from delivered product they wont offer any refund now nor offer any further help.
