Thats not a verification call. They have called you just for completion of application process. Vkyc and esign is mandatory then it will be send for further processing and confirmation. Then you will receive verification call.

Afyer vkyc, two verification call will be done. Without which your card will not dispatch. So correctly tell your details as filled in the application that time. After that wait for 10 days you will get your card. It may take 1 Week for few peoples but more than 10 days for few people. It...
