The same is happening with me when I am buying the Amazon pay vouchers using my MRCC card. If anyone has an idea of how to deal with this, please let me know. Gyftr customer support is useless. Write multiple emails and they are clueless as to why this is happening.

I currently hold both the cards. BPCL and Cashback card On 18th September I got a call from SBI that I have a pre-approved offer to upgrade my BPCL to BPCL octane. I accepted the offer. The card is dispatched and will reach in 2-3 days.
