Millennia is downgrade from HDFC pov. After recent devaluation (not from bank), millennia is better DC.

Take a secured CC first use it for 6 months or above Open hdfc savingsmax or axis liberty. And regularly use their debit cards These two banks are very generous in issuing CC to below 21 ICICI - difficult at 18 Kotak- can't source cc right now due to rbi guidelines

Thank you for your inputs! I went with Millenia upgrade. Keeping salary account with ICICI and will open HDFC savings account in Q1 this year and keep some funds in FDs. Yet to figure out which expenses to move to Millenia for increasing spends on it and chance of further upgrade.
