For me it didn’t get redirected to net banking.. It straight away went to OTP page.. I have only Kotak cc.. no SB account.. My email looks like below:

Try to open the email link from a desktop and it will prompt you to enter OTP and then it registers your LE request and says it will be done in 4 working days. That's how I did it yesterday.. Let's see what happens in 4 days...
