Forex cards are scam...They charge around 2% extra for both loading and unloading. Also they charge loading and unloading fees + GST with each load/unload. CC or DC with zero forex markup are the BEST....You pay live rate of VISA/Mastercard for every use....No other fees like forex card..

Yes correct. Indus exclusive dc has no charges for overseas atm withdrawal and 0 markup. International balance enquiry is chargeable though.

Atlas was never 0 Markup. It's 3.5% forex Markup. Can only be used for Milestone I guess. I am more inclined towards Emerald metal,Bob Eterna or Yes Marquee. As they have less forex Markup.
