Cant make credit card bill payment anymore. It fetches the amount if you go via link mentioned in the first post but keeps giving same error and does not go to payment page anymore. Credit bull payment option not visible anymore in main app under bill payment

To be on safe need to file rbi ombudsman complaint from 30 days from sending the first mail. There you can claim additional amount like 5k/10k for the harassment faced by you so it is not only matter of rs 500.
