Basically, you need to track the miles for the txns yourself and contact customer care whenever miles are not credited

I think whenever Axis announce some devaluation, they stop miles credit for sometime. It may be due to their software upgrade :confused:

You also forgot to compare that Atlas multiplier miles will only be credited in half or less than half number of times so you will have to keep sending them emails or call them constantly to remind them to put the miles in your account.
