    The biggest culprit for loss is fixed exchange rate of HDFC bank which is at bank's discretion. I checked forex rate of HDFC and ICICI, ICICI provide much better rate.

    Axis Olympus should be high up there with 8 partner miles for 100 Rs spend, if one has it or when it becomes available for gen pop. Axis Magnus burgundy also cuts it with 4.8% partner miles and 2.36% forex markup.

    IDFC WoW is also zero forex card and it gives reward points for international transactions. Hence highly likely that Mayura also gives reward points IDFC has anyways not taken any effort to tweak the software for these cards

    Whats your goal, good CC, DC or a good banking services. All depends on your requirements. No bank is perfect. And 3L salary is huge. You should be aiming for good returns on your spends. See that if your company has some ties up with any banks.
