True. Me and a lot of my friends who renewed the plat travel - no retention offers and we all had to pay full annual fee.

LOL. They have made it very tough to get Maharaja Gold...only frequent business travellers can get Maharaja Gold now.

Same here, they didn't give any retention offer, and I had to renew my Gold Charge at full annual fee. Amex has changed.

You can book any property that will cost upto 30k points, or points + cash. They allow redemption of this 1 free night credit for any property that is valued till 30k points - not above that. If it is cash + points, then it does not matter.

Dont apply so soon, wait for 6 months atleast and have unsecured credit card in your folio. Else they may reject it. This was before they paused the application.

This auto bill pay is too risky. My payment also failed right 4 days before the due date. I have deleted the auto pay and will never use it. Its not worth taking the risk for missing a credit card payment and screwing up your credit history.

I have done more than 1 lac credit card payments via cred in the last quarter but didn’t get the 750 gv this time. Any hopes of getting it now , since it is 1st aug ( it should have come by 31 jul ). ?
