Just because of milestones benefits I am not upgrading to Infinia, I know there are some more perks in Infinia but in my case since I am able to cash all the 4 quarter milestones benefits, DCB Metal is more rewarding. Let me know if I am wrong or missing something.

I think its worth it. I have Infinia metal and still got EPM last year just because of welcome benefits. With iShop, its even better. Received 2 easemytrip vouchers as I ended up meeting spending milestones. Validity for vouchers is almost 2 years.

i stopped picking her call for same reason. In last 10 yrs never got a single benefit of RM. i prefer to call normal general support agents than calling RM
