Followed the same process, they asked for supporting details of payment deduction in bank account (Payment done from different bank account, so the proof). They will verify and refund the excess in 2-3 working days to same account

Would we get a Family ID or something from HDFC Bank?

I mistakenly paid excess amount to my ICICI Amazon Pay card. Can some one help how to get the refund of Excess amount to my bank account. What is the procedure and how long does that take?
